Iron Gate Tulsa

About Iron Gate

Since Iron Gate is privately funded and non-denominational, we can operate with a friendly, flexibility that is particularly appealing to the people who eat with us. We require no ID. We give no sermons. We require no program attendance.
By walking through our gates, people tell us they are hungry and we feed all who come to us. We have a single mission--we feed people.

We do collaborate with other social service agencies (Veterans Association, Catholic Charities, Day Center, Indian Health Care, Baptist Caring Center, 2-1-1, Mental Health Association) and host representatives of those organizations to come meet our guests and advise them of services available to them. We direct our guests to those organizations for specific help and services that meet their needs.

Services

Iron Gate's primary mission is food - a basic need. The soup kitchen provides a hot and nutritious meal every day from 8:30-10:30 a.m. and Sundays and holidays 8:30-10 a.m. The food pantry distributes grocery bags every Friday and Saturday morning.
