Volunteers
Iron Gate simply would not be able to accomplish our important mission without the many compassionate volunteers that give of their time and talents everyday. Iron Gate has approximately 100 active volunteers of all ages, many of whom are both volunteers and financial donors. Yearly, volunteers provide more than 6,000 hours of service for Iron Gate.

Board
Iron Gate is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which consist of professional and community leaders with expertise in law, finance, technology and social services. The Board of Directors updates the strategic plan and sets yearly program objectives that are carried out by the Executive Director. Regular board meetings provide consistent oversight of the organization and a monthly review of operational activities. In addition to their governing duties, Board of Directors also volunteer for meal service and financially contribute to the program.
