drive-through/walk-up pantry Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
from 1-2pm.
Registration is required. No documentation is required. Registration opens the day before each pantry at 8:30AM and closes 1 hour before the pantry time.
Iron Gate is a soup kitchen and grocery pantry located in downtown Tulsa. If you’re hungry, we feed you. It’s as simple as that.
Iron Gate has remained open throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, continuing to provide hot meals and bags of groceries to those in need. Thanks to our supporters, we were able to transition to carry-out meals and a drive-through/walk-through pantry to provide a safe way for people to get food. Now we are re-opening our dining room for guests to sit and enjoy their meal.
Although the numbers of people needing food assistance are staggering, they are more than numbers to us. They are people we know and care about.
